MOSAIC TILES AND GLASS IN SPILIMBERGO: SALES CONDITIONS

In this section, you will find the sales and return conditions of our mosaics, tiles, transparent glass and plates as well as the equipment we sell. Prices may vary during the year and we recommend that you request the current price list before buying or quoting. All prices are net of VAT 22% (as required by the law at the time of purchase).

Foreign clients residing in the European Union 
VAT will be applied only after our verification and the communication of a VIES number.

Foreign clients residing outside the European Union
 Italian tax will be applied only in the case of shipment made by our company. 
VAT will be applied for purchases made at the factory. 
After sending the bill endorsed by European customs, the amount equal to VAT will be reimbursed via bank transfer at the expense of the beneficiary or withheld as an advance on the next delivery. 
Any costs arising from customs are the buyer's responsibility.

AMOUNT

All of our products are sold by weight
Minimum purchase and shipping quantity: 5 kilograms.
Minimum quantity: 1 kilogram per colour.
For quantities fewer than one kilogram (minimum 100 grams or multiples of 100):
  • up to 500 grams, increase of 15%;
  • less than 500 grams, increase of 25%;

SHIPMENTS

Shipments are only carried out by courier.

PAYMENTS

OUR OFFICE
  • in cash up to a maximum of € 3,000 from July 1st or limit set by the Italian State (500 euro banknotes are not accepted);
  •  ATM or credit card
FROM ITALY
  • cash upon delivery;
  • bank transfer;
  • credit card;
FROM ABROAD
  • credit card;
  • bank transfer.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT

RETURNS

Goods can be returned within 10 days, from receipt of merchandise with return document, under the following conditions:
  • material that has been cut must be in its original and closed packaging; 
  • plate material must be intact as sent by us (1/4 plate - 1/2 plate);
  • whole plates, which have not been cut by the customer; 
  • tools must not have been used;
  • SShipping costs are charged to the customer except for our mistakes

WARRANTY


The products we manufacture are guaranteed to be used both indoors and outdoors.
The products we sell are guaranteed for manufacturing defects
and not from damages caused by improper use.

MATERIAL NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN AGED 10 YEARS AND UNDER
CHILDREN SHOULD ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT
WE REFUSE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE INCORRECT USE OF OUR PRODUCTS
